WebKitX enables legacy Windows applications to use modern HTML5 user interfaces without rewriting their existing code. It integrates a full Chromium engine into COM-based applications via a native ActiveX control, while running the browser engine out-of-process for stability and isolation. WebKitX is a production-ready component designed for enterprise, banking, government and industrial systems where reliability is critical.
Building or maintaining HMI and SCADA systems in industrial environments? WebKitX embeds a Chromium (CEF) engine directly into your application, enabling real-time HTML5 dashboards, secure visualization layers and advanced UI panels while preserving deterministic behavior and system stability. Designed for mission-critical automation, WebKitX supports long-running processes, controlled updates, and deep integration with existing PLC, OPC and back-end systems.
